Our company is able to ensure that the whole process of raw materials is performed in our laboratories: from sawing to finishing. In our machine park as regards the sawing are two machines for cutting blocks.
The first frame is a multiple diamond wire, driven by a system that ensures a high flexibility of operation. The technology of this frame has allowed the company to achieve undoubted advantages in terms of containment of production costs and speed in delivery.
The second machine that allows the sawing process is instead a block cutters diamond discs. The stone material is cut into strips of the required dimensions and suitable especially for flooring.
The strips, with the aid of a discharger, are then initiated in the progressive stages: on the butting machine, on sizer, on the polisher, on the multiple buttinger and finally on the bevelling. At the end of the processing cycle, performed with numerical control machines, are obtained tiles or other articles ready for laying.
